What QRcms.AI is

QRcms.AI turns your menu into a live web page behind a QR code, translates it into Spanish, and includes an AI assistant that helps you build your staff schedule. You bring the menu; we keep it live.

Your account

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password to yourself — anyone signed in to your account can edit your live menu. You must be authorized to act for the restaurant you sign up.

Price and cancelling

Starting is free: import your menu, get your QR code, try everything — no card required. When you decide to keep it, the service is $19.99 a month. Cancel any time by texting us; your subscription ends at the close of the billing month, no questions, no fees. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you a month ahead and you can walk away before it applies.

Your content is yours

Your menu, your prices, your artwork, your schedule — all of it stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it, because that is literally the service. If you leave, ask and we will delete it.

What we promise — and what we can't

We work to keep your menu reachable around the clock, and the QR code you print never expires. But we are a small company standing on other people's infrastructure, and we won't pretend otherwise: we cannot guarantee zero downtime, and we are not liable for lost business beyond what you have paid us in the last three months. AI-generated translations and schedules are drafts for you to check — you are the boss, and what you publish or post is your call.

Fair use

Don't use QRcms.AI for anything illegal, and don't publish content that isn't yours to publish. We can suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.
